But when I made the payment, I was told no places are available. Why?Your position is reserved only after we receive your payment - not when you fill the online form. So, if people paid up before you did, they could fill up the registrations between the time you register and the time you pay. I have paid for the workshop; but I realise I am unable to attend. What should I do?Please send an email to contact@ccdc.in asking for a refund, before May 15, 2016. After this date, we will not be able to entertain any requests for refund. Rs.300 will be deducted from all refunds as administrative charges. I cannot afford the full cost of the workshop. What should I do?CCDC believes in supporting all those genuinely committed to using this work to benefit others. No one is turned away for their inability to pay for our workshops. To know about our scholarships, please send an e mail to contact@ccdc.in Can I have a relative/friend with me observing the workshop? Sorry, we do not permit this. However, they are welcome to participate in the public Forum theatre performance on Day 5. I need just a few hours off from the workshop on a particular day. For outstation participants:Accommodation is available at the venue of the workshop. The details are in the announcement. When should we arrive in Bangalore?It is best that you arrive on the evening/night prior to the date of the workshop. What about transport to the venue?
